  1. Can I pre-order a book though you and the U of M (like, by leaving this comment)? Or is it better to pre-order above (for the purposes of showing the publisher pre-release interest)?

    • Hi Ed, I imagine your best option is to order with your local independent bookstore, or Amazon. My two local shops will ship into the US, but the postage might be dear. Hope you enjoy the book!
